Join us for the 86th Hawaii Region Y Service Club Convention being held at the Hilo Hawaiian Hotel, alongside the beautiful Hilo Bayfront and the backdrop of Mauna Kea from May 5 to 7, 2023. The Convention registration has officially opened.

PROGRAM
Friday: Start with Special Social Time in Waioli Lounge followed by a fabulous buffet dinner in the Mokuola Ballroom starting promptly at 6 p.m. Program will include a presentation by 2022 Youth Convention Attendee Alyah Cortez, Keynote speaker U.S. Area YMI President Shaju Sam, and Endowment project as well as recognition of our “Golden Members” followed by Bingo Madness!
Saturday: Business Meeting will be held first. The Lunch Program will include club and individual awards, Peace Project Awards, Guest Speaker Mayor Mitch Roth, and YMI features. The Island of Hawaii YMCA will be hosting a craft workshop and special dinner featuring ‘onolicious’ Hawaiian food and entertainment. Dinner program will include the 2023-2024 Officer Installation Ceremony, New Member Induction, and Incoming RD message.
Sunday: Devotional and Remembrances, Gold 2.0 Leadership Training, Help for Seniors Seminar, and closing ceremony.
Hilo Club will also be hosting a no-host dinner at Kenichi Restaurant on Thursday, May 4 for early arrivers and a bento lunch on Sunday, May 7 for late departures or those staying longer. Register online.

HOTEL: Hilo Hawaiian Hilo is the site of the Hawaii Region Convention. Arrangements must be made separately. Download the Hilo Hawaiian Hotel Registration form HERE. Special rate applicable three days before and after the convention (based on availability).
TRANSPORTATION: No hotel shuttle is available. Download HERE for more information about transportation options. Hilo Club will provide airport pick-up/drop-offs from May 5-7 plus transportation to and from the hotel to The Island of Hawaii YMCA for Saturday dinner.
COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECT: Donate much needed items at the Hawaii Region Convention. Items donated will go to Child & Family Services East Hawaii Island. Download HERE for a list of requested items. Monies collect through Y’s Guys/Gals and Devotional will go to The Island of Hawaii YMCA.
